Nicola MacGregor, Director, BAHons, Early Years
Professional
Having had 17 years experience of working with children in
various childcare settings, in the summer of 2004 I opened
Dolphins. It was my aim then as it is now to provide the best
care for each child. Although throughout the years childcare
has become (and rightly so) more and more about education and
national frameworks, it is still my strong belief that before
anything else children need love, care and respect. My team of
early years professionals, many of whom have been with me since I
opened, have the same ethos and belief.
I have been married since 2007 and have a young daughter Maggie
who is almost 3 years old and full of fun! In 2008 I graduated from
Leeds University with a BAHons in Early Childhood Education. In
order to maintain and sustain the high standards set at Dolphins I
have recently undertaken my Early Years Professional Status.
