In this room the children are allocated a key person and observations inform all of the planning as before.  The range of activities are broad and varied appropriate to their age and developmental stage. As well as planning activities, your key person will develop a profile of your child's time with us. The journey begins from the moment they start at Dolphins to the time they leave. For parents it is a lovely memento of their time with us but is also very useful to practitioners. It plots their learning and highlights any areas which needs more consolidation.

Outdoor play is integral to the ethos at Dolphins. Children have access to a large, well equipped, outdoor space and can choose to be indoors or out.
